Hurray! May 29, 2025, marks the 2nd year anniversary of the administration of His Excellency, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, Executive Governor of Enugu State.
His Excellency, within two years of your administration, Ndi Enugu, is now enjoying your pillars of transparency, people engagement, accountability, disruptive and infrastructural renewal, and basic features
I, Dr Gerald Asogwa, Managing Director of the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC), on behalf of my family, Management and Staff of the Housing Corporation join other people of Enugu State and lovers of democracy to heartily rejoice with you on the occasion of your 2nd year celebration.
Your Excellency, we appreciate your landmark achievements on all sectors of the state economy, especially in the areas of education, security, infrastructure, and wellbeing of the citizens.
When you came on board, you adopted the 260 wards of the state in the siting of projects in line with the inclusive governance model. In every ward, you are doing one Smart Green School, one Type 2 Primary Healthcare Center, and one Farm Estate in addition to road and other development projects.
Some estates in your two years of administration include: Blossom Garden Estate Trans- Ekulu Annex with over 70km dual carriage access road,
Coalcity Eastern Extention Alliance Estate is 46.2km, including access and internal roads with walkways and bicycle lanes, River view Estate Amechi , Rock City Estate GRA, Gateway Estate Owo and many more still in progress.
